Shipping & Delivery Policy

In general, we need 2-3 days to process your order. You will receive your item within 6 working days after the item is processed and shipped.

If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us with your questions.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your Spam folder and see if you can locate it (Please mark “ Not as Spam” to receive the emails directly into your Inbox). This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information. 

Orders placed after 2PM and on weekends to be processed on the next working days.

Order will be shipped via Standard shipping - by DPD, UPS, Royal Mail or Amazon at the customer's address only in United Kingdom. 

We only sell and ship within the United Kingdom. 

We will provide a tracking link by your registered email after your item has been shipped. At this time, we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Important notes

If the shipment arrived and there is no response from you then your shipment will be returned back to us. In this case, we will refund you the product cost (and customs charges if applicable). 

After receiving the shipment, if you find any product is missing then you will have 3 days to inform us. In case, if you didn’t receive your order within 60 days from purchase date, please contact us immediately. We might not accept the concern if received beyond this timeframe.

Cancellation guidelines

Order cancellation option is available in your Garhome account for half an hour from the time of purchase if you no longer wish to receive. Alternatively you can contact us by writing an email with order cancellation to

In the event that you want to cancel your order for any reason, following conditions will be applicable:

If the order/product has been processed by the seller but not yet shipped, then no charges will be applied.

If the order/product has been processed and shipped by the seller to our warehouse destination, then partial shipping charges will be deducted from the total order amount. To know the exact deduction amount, you can contact our customer support team.

If the order has been dispatched and the tracking number is available from the courier company on the tracking page then the order cannot be cancelled. You will be covered under our Return and Refund policy.

Lost orders

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date by writing us an email to We will cover all the cost of shipping and replacing an order for you.

We may ask for your help before shipping a new product, like confirming with you that your shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check you have contacted the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
